End of Year Student item pick-up/drop off Dates and System

Teachers have bagged up all of your child’s belongings (to the best of our ability).  You will have an opportunity to pick up your belongings and drop off any school related materials that may need to be returned on Monday June 8th or Tuesday June 9th.  No appointment necessary.  For preK through 2nd grade students, we are asking you to drop off any technology that was loaned out.  Students in 3rd grade through 5th grade will be asked to return borrowed technology at a later date.  3rd through 5th grade families may drop off borrowed technology at this time if you wish.

We will ask this to be a no/limited contact pick-up drop off.  There will be a table for you to drop off school related materials (if applicable) and a table to drop off borrowed technology (if applicable).  Staff will radio inside student name(s) and we will collect those belongings to be brought outside.  Pick-up should last no more than 5 minutes.

Although we miss everyone, I will ask that we refrain from socializing.  Fingers crossed, we will have plenty of time in the fall!

We hope at least  one of these times will work for you.  In the event these do not work, please reach out to me and we can make different arrangements.

  • Dropping Off Students

Students who do not ride the bus should not be dropped off prior to 7:45 AM.  We prefer to have students dropped off by the doors next to the cafeteria.  Students should go directly to the cafeteria.  This is an attempt to keep our students safe and supervised.  At no time should students PreK through 3rd grade be heading to their locker unless accompanied by an adult.

Do not leave your car unless you are parked in a designated parking spot.  Buses need to be able to pull through both the loop in the front of the building by the flag pole and the area near the caferteria.  If cars are parked in these areas the buses are not able to pull through and stay on schedule.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the drop off areas clear and safe when students are coming to school in the morning.
