Transition Services
Transition Alliance Program (TAP)
CCA started a Transition Alliance Program in collaboration with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services in July of 2022. Since its inception, we have expanded our service to support 9th-12th grade students who qualify. Our TAP Coordinator, Kelsey Portwine and TAP job coach work with high school teachers, parents, IVRS staff and community businesses and members to provide pre-employment support services through a child’s IEP or 504.
