Student Fees

For example, the textbook fee is used to offset the cost of various curriculum materials for each student. This page contains a listing of student fees, food service prices, and child care prices for the school year. Each school may have optional items to purchase, such as yearbooks or activity passes. Families who qualify for free and reduced lunch are also eligible for reduced fees in accordance with the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. 

How To Pay Fees

Log in to the PowerSchool parent portal account and go to Purchases and Payments. There are also options for families to set-up recurring payments to meal accounts.

Student Fee Waiver

You may be eligible to have student fees waived or partially waived if you qualify for free and reduced-price meals. Qualifying families must complete a student fees waiver annually to have student fees waived.

Textbook/Instructional License Fees

• Grades K-5: $55 (reduced price $22)
• Grades 6-8: $100 (reduced price $40)
• Grades 9-12: $120 (reduced price $48)

Activity Pass

• Grades K-12: Free (must have activity pass to enter and there is a $5 replacement fee)
• Adult pass: $110
• Lifetime Pass: Free, must be a resident who is 65 years or older of the district (contact 319-545-2361 and ask for Mary Lou)

$5.00 per vehicle  (No internet - No credit cards)

HS Varsity or Combo Varsity Events

High School Lower Level Single Event
Adult - $5.00
Student - $5.00

All Junior High Athletic Events 
Adult - $5.00
Student - $2.00

Purchase your tickets or passes online  (Credit cards will be accepted at the gate but NO checks are allowed)

Post-Season Only: Activity Passes do not work for WaMaC hosted events and post-season events per WaMaC Conference Rules.  Students will not be FREE.
