This week the Clear Creek Amana High School Food Science class completed the National recognized certificate program called ServSafe for Food Handlers. This certificate program is for food handler employees and verifies basic food safety knowledge. The course covers topics such as personal hygiene, cross contamination and time and temperature. By being ServSafe certified our students are more employable in the Food and Culinary Industry.
