The sealed contractor bids were due May 13, 2026 and reviewed May 14. 

These last two projects are the final projects to be completed from the 2022 general obligation bond passed by the voters of the Clear Creek Amana Community.

The High School Work consists of a new addition, with approximate footprint of 25,000 sf, to house classrooms and support spaces for the band, culinary, agriculture, and industrial technology programs and renovations of approximately 11,000 sf of the existing building. The building addition is a single story with a mezzanine for mechanical equipment. A portion of the addition is an ICC 500 storm shelter.

The Middle School Work consists of construction of a new addition, with approximate footprint of 5,500 sf to house a band rehearsal room, support spaces, and corridors and renovations of approximately 8,000 sf of the existing building. The building addition is a single story with a mezzanine for mechanical equipment. The addition is an ICC 500 storm shelter.

Construction is anticipated to commence on June 2, 2026.
