Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of Iowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Clear Creek Amana Community School District at 6:00 PM on March 25, 2026 at the Administration Building,1486 Hwy 6 NW, Oxford, Iowa 52322. This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from the district's Flexibility Account for the purposes noted below. These funds, in the total amount of $269,650, were unexpended and unobligated from the sources noted below.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Clear Creek Amana Community School District Proposed Property Tax Levy

Proposed CLEAR CREEK-AMANA (CLEAR CREEK) Property Tax Levy Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 

At the public hearing any resident or taxpayer may present oral or written objections to, or arguments in favor of the proposed tax levy. After the hearing of the proposed tax levy the Board will publish notice and hold a hearing on the proposed budget.
