Annual athlete registration in Bound is required for all student-athletes in grades 7-12 before they may participate in any athletic practices or competitions. If your student-athlete is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration through Bound. This registration must be completed before the first day of practice.

When registering, please select all sports and activities your student-athlete may participate in during the school year.If additional programs are added later, you will need to complete the registration process again. If your student ultimately decides not to participate in a program you selected, no additional action is required.

Before You Register

Please have the following ready:

• A completed physical examination form.
• Upload the last page, titled "Medical Eligibility Form", to Bound. If your healthcare provider uses a different form, upload the page(s) that include:
  • Date of examination
  • Physician's signature
  • Medical eligibility confirmation
• Do not upload the Concussion/Brain Injury form. Consent for this form is included during the online Bound registration process.
