The Clear Creek Amana Middle School Student Council proudly hosted its annual Veterans Day Breakfast on Friday, welcoming 55 veterans who each have a connection to a CCA Middle School student.

Students personally invited veterans to attend the breakfast in their honor. All branches of the U.S. military were represented, making for a powerful and heartfelt morning of gratitude and remembrance.

The event opened with a performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by the Middle School Band, setting a patriotic tone for the morning. Students and veterans enjoyed breakfast together, shared stories, and reflected on the importance of service and community.

CCA also extends a special note of appreciation to staff members who are veterans: Steve Clark, Kyle Forness, John Demory, Dennis Hebl, Kevin Hebl, and Keith Pirkl. Their service to our country and ongoing commitment to our students exemplify the spirit of dedication and leadership honored on this day.
