On March 9, 2025, the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) hosted its annual Young Women in Leadership Conference, bringing together high school girls from across the state to develop leadership skills and connect with other young women. This year, 22 student leaders from CCA attended the event, where they heard from three inspiring speakers and a college panel discussing leadership in sports and student organizations. A special highlight was seeing CCA alumna Silvana Kobolo as one of the panelists, sharing her experiences and advice on college leadership.
