Clear Creek Amana High School’s very own Megan Overholser has been named the Iowa Family and Consumer Sciences Educator of the Year by the Iowa Family & Consumer Sciences Educators Association!

This honor recognizes Megan’s outstanding dedication to her students, her passion for FCS and CTE education, and her leadership at the school, regional, and state levels. From creating real-world, hands-on learning experiences to founding CCA’s FCCLA chapter and securing a $75,000 C4 Grant to support students pursuing child development credentials, Megan continually goes above and beyond to make a difference.
