The results are in: The Clear Creek Amana Speech Team received a record number of All-State Nominations: 7 Outstanding Performances! Congratulations to the following groups for their hard work:

• The Girl from West Virginia in the category of Choral Reading
• Rituals in the category of Ensamble Acting
• Davidson/Hankins in the category of Group Improvisation
• Thompson/Mulder/Petrulevich in the category of Group Improvisation
• Letter from the Battle of Verdun in the category of Solo Mime
• Civil War in the category of Musical Theatre
• Nunsense in the category of Musical Theatre

The outstanding acts and these outstanding performers will be traveling to the All-State Festival on Saturday, February 21st, in Ames, Iowa. There, they will perform their acts and be recognised as distinguished champions. The speech team as a whole would like to thank FAME for its support, as well as the countless staff, parents, alumni, students, fellow speech team members, and community members who stepped up to help host the State Speech contest last weekend. With their help, we were able to open our doors and represent CCA.
