Hunter Stokes (CCA Alumni) with Midwest Fresh Farms and the Springmier Library hosted the CCA middle school Garden Club students for a microgreen workshop. Midwest Fresh Farms is a local business offering tasty microgreens. Students explored the benefits and nutritional value of growing your own greens. Each student went home with their own kit!
