NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS GIVEN: Clear Creek Amana Community School District Board of Education will meet on May 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. local time, whereat said Board of Education will hold a hearing and may resolve to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the following improvements:

Clear Creek Amana Community School District Baseball-Softball Complex – Phase 2
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Project will include a new concessions and restroom building, spectator bleachers at the competition baseball and softball fields, an entry gate feature, irrigation, site restoration, and miscellaneous improvements at the existing baseball field site.

At said hearing, the Clear Creek Amana Board of Education will consider the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for said project, the same now being on file in the office of the Superintendent, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Board will also receive and consider any comments/objections to said plans, specifications and form of contract or to the estimated cost of said improvements made by any interested party.
