CCA CSD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF IMPROVEMENTS

CLEAR CREEK AMANA COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

To Whom It May Concern:

You are hereby notified that at 6:00 PM, Central Time on March 4, 2026, at Clear Creek Community School District Administration Office, Oxford, IA 52322, there will be a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement.

The following is a description of the Public Improvement: This summer's construction project will include removal and replacement of four roof sections totaling 21,553 square feet. The work on two sections will consist of removal of the current single ply membrane and insulation system to the steel deck and replacement with an adhered 90-mil EPDM membrane and an R-30 insulation system. Two sections will consist of removing the current membrane, installing insulation over existing flute filler and adhering a single ply membrane and associated flashings. Installation will include a 30-year NDL Warranty on the full replacement and a 25-year warranty on the recover sections.
