Welcome to Clear Creek Amana Community School District (CCACSD), where education meets excellence! 

At CCACSD we believe in fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students in grades PK-12. Our dedicated team of educators is committed to providing a well-rounded education that not only emphasizes academic excellence but also nurtures the development of essential life skills.

From the earliest years in preschool to the final stages of high school, we prioritize creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere where every student can thrive. The Clear Creek Amana Community School District is a top-ranked PK–12 district located in the growing suburbs of Iowa City. At CCA, students enjoy a supportive, small-district atmosphere paired with the opportunities of a thriving, connected region.

Covering more than 175 square miles of scenic eastern Iowa, CCA serves a population of over 17,000 residents across Tiffin, Oxford, the Amana Colonies, and parts of Coralville and North Liberty. Families choose CCA for its strong academics, caring educators, and innovative programs that help every student reach their full potential.

CCA serves 3,206 students across nine attendance centers:

  • High School (9–12) – Tiffin | 833 students

  • Middle School (6–8) – Tiffin | 747 students

  • East Ridge Elementary (4–5) – Coralville | 460 students

  • Tiffin Elementary (K–1) – Tiffin | 182 students

  • Amana Elementary (PK–4) – Middle Amana | 145 students

  • North Bend Elementary (K–3) – North Liberty | 346 students

  • Clear Creek Elementary (PK–4) – Oxford | 249 students

  • Oak Hill Elementary (2–3) – Tiffin | 199 students

  • Clipper Early Childhood Academy (PK) – Tiffin | 98 students

1. Student Opportunities- We believe all students can achieve academic success when provided with the appropriate structures and support. We feel all children in this country deserve access to a high-quality, free, public education. 

2. Collaborative Learning Culture- We believe collaborative and qualitative teachers drive exceptional results. We must invest in exceptional teachers to achieve exceptional results. We must recruit, support, and retain the nation’s highest quality teachers and staff.  Core to our mission, curriculum and school culture are the foundation from which our students will excel. We firmly believe that this investment is critical to the success of our students. 

3. Managing Growth- As the district continues to grow, we will advocate for reasonable class sizes. We will focus on building and maintaining our buildings and grounds to create an inviting learning environment. We will welcome the community to our district to share their expertise and knowledge in order to collaboratively improve our local community.
