Facility Reservation Request Policies and General Information

We are excited to announce that Clear Creek Amana Community School District is now using Event Manager for our online event and facility management solution!This is going to help our district manage events more effectively, ensuring our facilities continue to be utilized in the best possible manner. This also means you’ll have a slightly different process for submitting event requests, but you can continue to expect ease of use and consistent communication. Entities that use school district buildings, or sites must leave the building or site in the same condition it was in prior to its use.  Inappropriate use of school district facilities may result in additional fees charged to, or the inability of, the entity to use school district facilities in the future.

What to Know Before Submitting a Request

  • Requests are taken in the order received.

  • Requests will only be taken from the Director or member of the Administration of an organized activity group. Individual coach requests will not be approved.

  • Requests must be made at least 20 working days in advance of the activity.

  • Organizations holding regular meetings throughout the year need to submit only one request at the beginning of the year. Requests must be renewed each year.

  • Bodily injury and property damage liability insurance is required. See Policy 905.01-R(4) for more details.

  • Please do not request more than one building on a single request. You can request multiple rooms within a single building on the same request.

  • Be sure to type the activity you will be holding in the title of the request along with the number of attendees and any setup notes.
