Project: 2025 Clear Creek Elementary Playground Accessible Walk and Surfacing Project
Location: Clear Creek Elementary School, 230 W Wilson St, Oxford, IA 52322
Bid Security: A Bid Bond is NOT required for a competitive quotation.
Performance Bond: One hundred percent (100%) of bid to guarantee the maintenance of the improvements for two (2) years after its completion.
Description: The project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of an accessible sidewalk and playground surfacing at Clear Creek Elementary School, including site restoration necessary due to damage during construction and other
related work.

Project Engineer: Lucas Newton, P.L.A., MMS Consultants, Inc.
Pre-bid meeting: Pre-bid meeting will be held April 25 @ 1:00pm at the Clear Creek Amana Building and
Grounds office at 327 Augusta Ave in Oxford, IA. Site tours may also be arranged with
the Engineer or Owner.
Start Date: June 2nd, 2025
Final Completion Date: August 1st, 2025
