The Clear Creek Amana FFA received State Runner Up at the 95th Iowa FFA Leadership Conference.

The conference took place in Ames, Iowa on April 16-18, 2023. More than 6,000 FFA members and guests from across the state gathered to learn about careers in the agriculture industry, compete in various events, and shape the future of the Iowa FFA Association.

Member competitions:

Biotech:

Ryleigh Bode, Hannah Grabin, Jackson Arndt, and Katie Evans

Gold Ranking - 2nd Overall - Jackson Arndt got 1st overall individually

2nd out of 58 Teams

Poultry team:

Sara Kinzenbaw, Delaney Bulecheck, Taylor Drake, and Hannah Gross

Gold ranking - 15th overall

15th out of 108 Teams

Team Ag Sales:

Marinda Phan, Shelby Heisler, Ava Locklear, Hannah Grabin, and Kelsey Leathers

Gold ranking - 9th overall - Ava Locklear got 4th overall individually

9th out of 72 Teams

Marketing Plan:

Simon Yoder, Oliva Webb, and Sydney Pfeiffer
