I was born in a small SW Iowa town, Mount Ayr, and moved to Des Moines when I was 4 years old.
Family (you can also include pets):
My husband, Bruce, 6 children, 3 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren with 2 more on the way...Heather & Mike DeWaard, Marshall, Lark & Corban with a boy/girl set of twins due in June, Melanie & Jonathan Langer & Rowan, Holly & Tanner Miller, Nathan, Daniel and Virginia (Ginny).
Education:
I graduated from Des Moines Hoover High School and attended the University of Iowa.
What makes you #CCAproud?
The teachers and students that I work with are the best! 3 of my children graduated from CCAHS and were in a wide variety of extra curriculars. I am thankful for the different activities that are available for our students.
