CHAMPIONS BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL AND WRAP CARE PROGRAMS AT CCA PRESCHOOL LOCATIONS
Clear Creek Amana Community School District partners with Champions for the Before and After School Program (BASP) and Wrap care. The Before and After School Program provides care for children ages 5-12 outside of the scheduled school day. Wrap Care provides care for preschool students during the morning or afternoon or all day on Wednesday when they are not in the preschool classroom.
Our ability to provide either program at a specific location is dependent upon the number of children enrolled. Depending on the number of students, we may offer both the Before and After School Program and Wrap Care for preschool students at preschool elementary sites, including the Clipper Early Childhood Academy (formerly Little Clippers location).
BASP Program locations are: Amana Elementary, Clear Creek Elementary, North Bend Elementary, Oak Hill Elementary and Tiffin Elementary.
Students can choose daily learning adventures, play active games, get help with homework, eat healthy snacks and make new friends! They get everything they need to start the school day energized and engaged and, at the end of the day, they make sure they’re ready to go home for quality family time. Champions has been recognized as a high-quality provider by AdvancED, earning them corporation accreditation.

City of Coralville Parks and Recreation BASP at East Ridge Elementary
CCA Schools and The City of Coralville Parks & Recreation Department have joined in a partnership to provide and supervise recreational programming during before and after school hours at East Ridge Elementary.

- Starts at 6:45 am for Before School and ends at 5:45 pm for After School.

Purpose:
This program is designed to give 4th and 5th graders at East Ridge Elementary School activities, fieldtrips, games, and events to make the most out of their out of school time. The Coralville Parks and Recreation Department is passionate about the importance of recreation and leisure activities in our daily lives. By providing unique opportunities at East Ridge Before and After School Program, students will build self-esteem, teamwork and community among their peers, and learn life skills, to benefit their growth.
