Flyer Distribution Guidance

Information required on the flyer:

  • Event or Fundraiser name.
  • Your Organization Name.
  • Event location (address).
  • Date of the event. 
  • Any cost associated with the event.
  • Include links on the flyer or QR codes. The flyer will not be linked from the district website.
  • Non-school materials must include the disclaimer: (CCA affiliate groups do not need to include the disclaimer) This is not a CCA Community School District publication. It is being distributed through the school district as a community service of the district to inform you of other community activities or services available.

Flyer Submission Guidelines:

  • Flyer should be sent in a pdf format.
  • Email pdf to webmaster@ccaschools.org.
  • Submit flyer 7-10 days in advance of event date.
  • Information or event should be appropriate for students or staff.
  • Materials are posted for informational purpose only. The posting does not imply district endorsement of them. Suitability and approval are at the discretion of the district.
