We have created a single sign-on process for parents to pay fees through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Parents have access to pay fines, fees, and lunch/breakfast fees by going to "purchases and payments" on the left side menu in PowerSchool.

Schoology is the District's online student learning management system that allows users to create, manage, and share academic content for grades 6-12. Schoology is used for:

• day-to-day coursework
• an extension of the classroom
• Up-to-date grades
• detailed grades
• View student coursework, upcoming, late or missing assignments

Steps to get started:

• Parents get an access code for Schoology from the PowerSchool parent portal. It is located in the "Other Information" section from the left-side menu.
• Use the access code at this Schoology link
• After initial sign up for Schoology, you can sign in and add additional children at the same link used by students at this Schoology Login link.

Please note that parent access to Schoology is read-only and not all resources are available for parents to see directly.

Clear Creek Amana CSD uses Finalsite to connect parents, students, and staff through voice, text, email, and push notifications. Finalsite is used for emergency, important information and general notifications, including district and building newsletters, late starts, weather messages or other emergency situations that may arise during or after school hours. Parent and staff contact information is pulled from PowerSchool so it is important to maintain correct information in PowerSchool so you receive all communication. Finalsite also pushes notifications to the Clear Creek Amana mobile app. 

CCA Mobile App

Access school tools and resources in the CCA Mobile app! All you have to do is go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for Clear Creek Amana Schools, install and get access to CCA news, student's PowerSchool information, contacts, calendar, links, notifications and much more. Customize your notifications and calendars based on the schools you want to follow.

Community members, grandparents, parents, and anyone can follow CCA News and Happenings on the CCA Mobile App.  

Remind is a two-way communication system through a text message, email or through the Remind mobile app. It is primarily used for teacher classroom communication and activity/athletic group communication. Parents are automatically registered for a Remind account with their email addresses provided during registration. Check your email account for an invite or sign in at the Remind Login Link.

Remind allows you to:

• Receive messages directly from teachers, coaches and administrators.
• Reply and converse directly to school staff members.
• Get messages in your preferred language automatically translated.
• Choose how you want to communicate; Email, Text message or the Remind phone App.

 Meal Viewer is a quick and easy way for students and parents to view school menus and nutrition information. You can download the app from your app store or view the menus at the link below.

Through Securly Home, families have the ability to supervise their child’s technology use on district devices both during and outside of the school day. Securly enables parents to engage in the online safety of their children by providing free parental controls for school-issued devices, plus weekly reports on their child’s online activity.
