Online Fundraising Request Application
If your PTG/Booster or school program, club, activity is interested in doing a fundraiser to support Clear Creek Amana CSD, please speak to the building principal or Activities Director you are affiliated with first, then fill out the online form to continue the approval process. Please plan ahead and submit the forms at least 20 days prior to the start of the fundraiser and allow for 5 business days for approval from the date the form was received. Approved fundraisers are added to the fundraising calendar.
CCA is fortunate to have many generous parents and community members who often want to purchase or fundraise for teachers, classrooms, buildings or specific programs. It is important to make sure proper steps have been taken before any purchase or fundraising begins. A teacher or coach should always make equipment or supplies requests directly with the building principal or supervisor first before seeking outside resources.

Per Distribution of Materials Policy and Regulations, community and district flyers cannot be sent home with families. Approved fundraisers can submit information to the CCA Backpack to promote the fundraiser.
