Mental Health Resources

Your Mental Health Matters

At CCA, we believe every student matters — and every student deserves to feel supported. Each of our schools has dedicated counselors and staff available to help students navigate challenges, build resilience, and find the support they need.

Taking care of our mental and emotional well-being is important. If you or someone you know needs support, resources are available — you’re not alone.

Our district is proud to partner with Care Solace for the 2025–26 school year to ensure that students, staff, and families have quick and confidential access to mental health and social services. Care Solace is a complimentary service that connects individuals with local providers for counseling, therapy, and other supports, as well as community-based social services.

Available 24/7 and in multiple languages, Care Solace makes it easier for families to find the right resources without having to navigate the system alone.
