Code of Conduct
Students who participate in school activity programs serve as ambassadors of the Clear Creek Amana Community School District throughout the calendar year, whether at or away from school. Students who wish to exercise the privilege of participating in school activity programs must conduct themselves in accordance with board policy and must refrain from activities that are illegal, unhealthy, or highly inappropriate.
The Student Activity Program includes all school-sponsored extracurricular activities, including but not limited to:
- all athletics;
- all extracurricular music, band, choir, speech, drama, cheerleading, and dance team activities;
- school royalty;
- student council and other elective officers;
- school honors;
- co-curricular competitions, such as Science Bowl, Physics Olympics, Robotics, ACA/DEC, NHS, Student Council, etc.
